I'm thinking this will generally be a class of seminars about such things as community currency, gift economies, intentional communities, social issues, sustainability, and similar topics.

One such weekend idea is to have a barcamp-like "school in the round", each participant brings their own topic and does a ~2hr(+) class.

It would be:

• collaborative
  • someone crafts menu
  • participants bring the ingredients
  • participants bring a "community building object" (like a can drive)
• Participants would each determine how much they would need to cover class supplies, per person
  • add 'em up, divide by # participants, maybe add $10-20 per participant for a "camping fee"?
• participants without classes? guests?
  • limit #?
  • higher camping fee?
• Camping fee is a donation for infrastructure
